2015 has started very brightly for fans of the portable vaporizer. Here at EDIT, we’ve already taken delivery of several new vapes in the last few weeks: the Atmos Boss Black, two new offerings from Kandypens – the K-Vape and the Skycloud, the CloudV Platinum Wax Vape Pen and the Cloud V Terra are all new to EDIT this year. Now today, we’re delighted to announce the arrival of the first all-weather herbal vaporizer; the Vapium Summit.
The first thing one notices about the Summit is the tough, rugged appearance – here is a vaporizer that is built to stand up to the harsh conditions of the great outdoors. The shell is constructed from a sturdy polycarbonate material for strength and durability. The removable bowl panel is secured by a strong magnet and tethered to the main body of the vaporizer to eliminate the chance of losing the piece. The Summit has a thermoplastic urethane grip which helps to prevent the vape from slipping out of your hands mid-toke.
Vapium have gone for a no-nonsense design with the internal workings, too: the vapour pathway is stainless steel and polyamide-imide, and conduction is the chosen method of vaporization.
The Summit has 8 (eight!) adjustable temperature settings which range from 320 degrees through to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (160C – 230C). The ability to vaporize at such a wide range of heat settings makes the Summit a particularly efficient vaporizer. Since different terpenes and active herbal ingredients vaporize at different temperatures, Vapium’s latest vap allows the user to completely purge their herbs by incrementally increasing the heat.
The Vapium Summit is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Charging takes around an hour from flat, but the device can be used while charging, so you’ll never be without vaping power again.
The Vapium Summit is available to pre-order from EDIT now, in your choice of three colours. Order today to be one of the first to get your hands on this awesome new vape.
